The UKFF registration system is available for UK Floorball clubs, teams and players to register with UKFF and is open publicly. You are able to use this system to register a brand new club with UKFF who have not registered before (register here), to register a team participating in one of our 3 adult leagues (South, Midlands & Scotland) or as a non-league team wanting to be a registered member of UKFF without competing in one of the leagues (register here). As a player you can also register yourself as a non-league player (register here) or complete a player registration linked to one our the existing registered teams. If you register as a league player, you have the option to register for whole season or just for one playing day. There is also a choice to register as a student at the reduced license rate, for which you will need to upload a copy of your student ID.
Times when you can register :
Teams and clubs : You can register brand new clubs at any time, the registration must be approved by UKFF. You can also register a non league team at any time but the team must belong to an existing registered club.
Players : If you wish to register as a player as part of a league team participating in one of the UKFF leagues you must do so at least 24 hours before the match you wish to play in. In Scottish League you should do so before Wednesday midnight before the tournament. Players not registered by this time may not participate in matches. Players can register for the whole season. Players won't be able to register until their club and team have registered first so they have a club and team to register against.
NOTE: IF YOU REGISTERED YOURSELF AND CAN'T FIND ACTIVATION LINK BETWEEN YOUR EMAILS, CHECK THE JUNK FOLDER AND LOOK FOR EMAIL FROM ukfloorball.com (UKFF); ALSO GIVE THE SYSTEM SOME TIME TO SHOW UP YOUR NAME (once in the system, your name is under section players in your team's page); DO NOT PANIC IF YOU DON'T SEE YOUR NAME STRAIGHT AFTER YOU REGISTERED. JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CONFIRMATION FROM BOTH UKFF AND PAYPAL. THANK YOU!
Transfers from other countries : Should you have been playing in another IFF member country, you must make sure that your name is listed as a transfer to the UK on the IFF International transfers page and confirm which year your name is listed - YOU CANNOT register with the UKFF or play in matches until your transfer has been confirmed by the IFF. This will be checked and points deducted from teams which do not adhere to IFF transfer rules as well as suspensions for players who are not honest about this matter.
Fees : New club, new non-league team, non-league player - FREE
League Team - £ 130 per season (applies to the adult leagues, youth team registration is free)
Player license fees: Adult season license - £35 / Day £ 10

How to register? Simply choose one of the options either on this page or in a sub menu under registrations or follow one of the links shown on this page. Fill in the form, check that all information you provide is correct and submit. That will either confirm your free registration or will transfer you to a PayPal site where you should follow the PayPal instructions. Once the payment is processed PayPal offers you the option of returning to the UKFF site. You will receive a payment confirmation on screen and via the email address you provided when signing in. The system can take a little longer to send confirmations if the internet connection being used is weak. Do not reload or leave pages until you see the confirmation message or any other message from UKFF or PayPal.
Once you are registered your name will show up under the team you registered with. So for example you registered with Sparta, playing South League, you can see your name in a players section of Sparta - go to Leagues > South League > Standings > Sparta Floorball Club > then click on section PLAYERS
Note : If the payment is not completed your registration won't be completed.
Don't panic if things go wrong, get in touch and we sort them out.
